Using  Mobileezy in standard consignment mode you can keep track of consignment stock left at your customers sites as well as automate the generation of consignment invoices through the process of recording stock counts and refill amounts.  In other words, you enter the quantity of stock left with each customer, count it upon your return and Mobileezy does the rest.

Standard consignment mode enables you to keep track of consignment stock left with customers and automates the generation of invoices upon each return to site.

Entering Initial Balances        Entering Opening Balances

The From location will be set as either:

Factory: If you have no stock previously recorded in Mobileezy and you want to effectively create this stock at the customer location.

Mobileezy Location: If you have stock recorded in Mobileezy and you wish to move it from one location to the customer location.
