The Special Price & Discounts tab is used to modify prices for specific customer or groups of customers by way of ‘Special Events’. These events can either be price events or discount events, and can be set for specific time periods as well as indefinitely. Special pricing and discounts are setup under the Pricing icon Special Pricing and Discounts tab.

Any special pricing and discounts that have been created will override other pricing defined for the customer.  If there are multiple special pricing events set for a customer for the same item and period of time, Mobileezy will always offer the customer the cheapest price.  All special pricing and discounts will be automatically sent to the handheld upon synchronisation.

Special pricing and discounts can be used to create price lists specific to individual customers.
