The Invoice Replication Report

The Invoice Replication Report is the Mobileezy term for the printable invoice that is viewed from the Desktop Administrator.  It is a replication of the invoice created on the handheld device and will display the customer details, item details, price of items, payments and the customer signature.  It can be customised to include specific detail or to include your company logo.

The invoice replication report displays details of the transaction and the customer signature.  It can be viewed from the completed transactions tab or by running the invoice replication report from the reports tab after the transaction has been exported.

The completed invoice is viewed from the Desktop Administrator in the Transactions icon under the completed transactions tab.  It is only visible here if the transaction has not yet been exported to the Accounting System.

To view the invoice:

1.From the Transactions icon, click on the Completed Transactions tab.

2.Open the transaction by clicking on the Right Arrow to the left of the transaction.  This will open the Invoice Replication Report.

After transactions have been exported to the Accounting System, they can no longer be viewed or printed from the Completed Transactions tab.  To view invoices that have been exported, you will need to use the Invoice Replication Report which is found under the Reports icon.

1.Under the Reporting icon, select the Sales tab
2.Open the Invoice Replication Report by highlighting the row and clicking on the Display button, or by clicking on the Right Arrow next to the report name.
3.This will load the report filters, which can be set as follows:

Filter

Filter function

Date

Sets the date filter to observe either the Transaction Date (the default); Creation Date; Sync Date or Transaction Modification date.

Status

Sets the report to find transactions in either an Archived (the default); Voided, WIP or Template status.

Sales Type

Sets the filter to either Show All transactions (the default) or to find certain transaction types.

Invoices

Sets the filter to look for certain invoices or if not selected, will show all invoices for other set filters.

Customers

Sets the filter to show transactions for certain customers or if not selected, will show all invoices for other set filters.

4.After setting the filters, press the Ok button.

The Invoice Replication Report can be configured to also show the Unit of Measure that an item has been sold in.  In order to do this, you must be licensed for the Advanced Barcoding & UOM Module.

1. In setup > system settings, switch to advanced mode.
2.Set Report.Sales.InvoiceReplication.ReportUOMMode to:
PrimaryUOM - to display the quantity and type of the primary unit of measure (usually the individual measure)
SecondaryUOM - to display the quantity and type of the secondary unit of measure (usually the multiple measure)
