Scheduling transaction export        Scheduling transaction export

Datalink Schedule with Reckon Accounts        Datalink schedule with Reckon Accounts

When using Reckon Accounts and the Datalink Scheduler the following points are important to ensure correct behaviour:

1.If you usually leave Reckon Accounts open when running the datalink, make sure you leave it open for automatic scheduling.
2.Make sure only one user is logged in to Reckon Accounts.  In some cases, if a second user logs in, the first login becomes read only causing failure of the datalink.

Helpful Tips        Helpful Tips

Some additional tips:

1.Sync Server - the synchronisation server must be configured in server not service mode.  The sync server must be running for the automatic schedule to run.
2.Desktop Administrator - the schedule will run with Desktop Administrator whilst it is open or closed.
3.Schedule changes - when making changes you must stop and restart the synchronisation server to effect the changes.
