Basic Routing is a simple method for setting up your customer routes and is enabled through the v7 licence feature (distributed with all Mobileezy software for purchases after 2013).  When enabled, the Basic Routing tab is the first tab found under the Routing icon.  It has two main functions:

1.Displaying existing scheduled visits created in the Territory Activity Event Editor (bottom of screen) or in Desktop Order Entry System (top of screen)
2.Creating simple fortnightly scheduled routes for a handheld user.

It is recommended that Basic Routing is only used if you need to create fortnightly schedules for your customers.  If you have need to schedule recurring visits of any other frequency, you will need to use the the Territory Activity Event Editor to create the routes, see Scheduling Customer Routes.

How to Delete All Customer Routes        Deleting the Routes (Advanced)

All routes for a territory can be deleted by pressing the Advanced button and then selecting the Territory from the list.  The Advanced button is also available on the Territory Routing tab.

Note.  This will delete ALL routes setup in either the Territory Activity Event Editor or the Basic Routing tab.  It will not delete any routes that have been created in Desktop Order Entry System
